MY CAREER MILESTONES

  • Till now, I have totally experienced 10+ best seller brands and 1000+ Amazon accounts and hundreds of products major in US, Australia, and Singapore markets. Meanwhile, the last book is under preparation.

  • 1.From 2024 to present, joined AEG brand as Amazon Department Manager, focusing on the LED category. Responsible for overseeing the operations of over 100 stores (markets covering Europe and North America), leading a team of 15+ individuals, and managing an annual sales revenue of ¥20M. Since taking over, there has been a significant improvement in operational efficiency:

  • Some stores have been turned from loss to profit.

  • Advertising costs have consistently decreased by 15-20%.

  • The return rate has been reduced by 15%.

  • FBA costs have been lowered by 20%.

  • The profit margin has increased by 5%.

  • The team has been optimized, resulting in improved team efficiency.

  • 3. On May 10, 2022,I accepted a live interview from "Everyone is a Product Manager" and had interactive discussions on cross-border e-commerce topics that the audiences were interested in.

From March to September 2021, I was invited to Shanxi to provide practical training for Amazon sellers, including store setup assistance, product research guidance, PPC optimization, etc., with a total training reaching over 1000 people. During the training, I used my experience to help them make their stores profitable.

  • 5. In January 2021,I cooperated with the Publishing House of Electronics Industry again to prepare for the second professional book, which was published on July 2021. Its name is "The Path to Great Sales on Amazon".

  • 6. From June to December 2020,in response to the investment promotion policy of the Qingdao government, the company moved into the Qingdao Cross-Border E-commerce Entrepreneurship Incubation Industrial Park. With a 4,000-square-meter office space and a 5,000-square-meter warehouse, it can accommodate 400+ workstations, realizing the integration of the company's cross-border export business, and becoming the first real cross-border e-commerce export company in the local characteristic entrepreneurship park. I am fully responsible for the company's various tasks in the industrial park. After a two-month renovation and preparation period, the business officially started at the end of September. Immediately, the first round of school-enterprise cooperation with the teachers and students of Binhai College was launched. We not only provide practical training for students but also provide hundreds of positions for students to choose from. As of December 25, 2020, a total of 280 undergraduate and associate degree students in international trade have been trained, and after 3 months of practical training and internships, excluding students with other arrangements such as upgrading from associate to bachelor's degree and postgraduate entrance exams, the number of direct employment is 27, achieving an effective employment rate of 90% before graduation, contributing to the country's six stability and six guarantees. During this period, I participated in multiple forums and meetings as an entrepreneur to contribute to the development of the local industrial cluster in Qingdao.

  • 7. In June 2020, I contacted Beijing Institute of Technology and delivered an exciting lecture on "Development Trend of Cross-Border E-commerce in the Post-epidemic Era" for students in the form of online live streaming.

In May 2020, I contacted Guizhou Aerospace Vocational and Technical College and conducted a two-week short training course on "New Retail" for students in the form of online teaching, allowing students to understand and learn about the new global e-commerce business format and new skills for the first time.

In December 2019, I led a team of teachers back to my university and conducted a two-week course of practical training on "Cross-Border E-commerce Store Operation" for students of the College of Foreign Languages. The teaching method combining theory and practice also brought a fresh experience to the students.

  • 11. In July 2019, my first book "Amazon Store Opening Practice Guide", published and issued by Publishing House of Electronics Industry, came to the market. This book filled the gap in the teaching materials for the cross-border e-commerce professional field. Up to now, there are still very few cross-border e-commerce related books published and issued in individual names nationwide. The book has been deeply loved by social workers and students after it was launched, and it has been reprinted twice and is about to be reprinted for the third time. It has become a teaching material for corporate internal training and school internships.

  • 12. In April 2019, I established an in-depth cooperation with the Shenzhen Federation of Trade Unions and joined the city-wide "Dream Plan" for vocational literacy led by the Shenzhen Municipal Government, and served as the person in charge of training projects such as e-commerce, network marketing, and new media. I am also a specially appointed lecturer for the vocational education college of the city's federation of trade unions. This project benefits millions of corporate employees across the city and highlights its social value.

  • 13. In September 2018, I collaborated with the Electronic Industry Press to start writing my first book in the field of cross-border e-commerce, "Amazon Store Opening Practice Guide", which was published in July 2019.

In November 2017, I started a strategic partnership with Shenzhen University's Entrepreneurship College, served as the entrepreneurship tutor for the Entrepreneurship College, and developed the country's first cross-border e-commerce online course for college students for the Shenzhen University's Entrepreneurship College.

In April 2016, in accordance with the national Belt and Road cross-border policy, I developed the country's first complete online course for opening an Amazon store in the field of cross-border e-commerce, and subsequently cooperated with major domestic and foreign online course and live broadcast platforms such as Tencent Classroom, NetEase Open Course, NetEase Boutique Course, Baidu Chuanke, Youku, iQIYI, Bilibili, Sohu Video, Douyin, Youtube, etc. to deliver a series of special lectures on cross-border e-commerce. Up to now, the click-through rate has exceeded 10 million, with hundreds of thousands of students online. Meanshile, I joined Yueren Tech Co.,ltd which is a small team doing the Amazon business.

  • 16. 2013-2015, cross-border B2C business experienced rapid development. With years of experience in ebay, Amazon or other platforms, I seized the opportunity to enter the education and training industry, and was part of the lecture team of Peking University Bluebird - Jiahua Education Group (the company is the No.1 national partner of Peking University Bluebird, focusing on vocational training education for 18 years, with more than 10 campuses in the province and an annual enrollment of 4,000 people), fully responsible for the recruitment, curriculum development, and online/offline teaching of the cross-border e-commerce training project.

  • 17. 2008-2012, mainly engaged in traditional B2B foreign trade work, served as the deputy manager of the overseas strategic customer department of ETS Company, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. Customers include Foxconn, Assurant, Jabil, and other Fortune 500 companies. Mainly engaged in 3C electronic accessories, with an annual turnover of ¥400 million. During this period, I experienced the Internet revolution in global trade, gradually transitioned from B2B to B2C, and expanded product categories from 3C electronics, household goods, pet supplies, outdoor sports, beauty and more.
